  Bedroom 1: King size double with terrace and sea view
  Bedroom 2: King size double with sea view
  Bedroom 3: Double bed with terrace and sea view
  Bedroom 4: Twin beds opening to garden with sea view
  Bedroom 5: Twin beds opening to garden with sea view
  Study: Double sofa pull out bed with sea view

  Bathrooms: There are 4 bathrooms with bath and/or shower -three ensuite
  and one shared. In addition, there is a separate guest lavatory, a
  separate shower for the sauna and one outside shower. Hair
  dryers are provided in all bathrooms.
 
  Kitchen: Kitchen has a Bosch fridge/freezer, Franke oven, separate
  hob with extractor fan, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, coffee
  maker and grinder, toaster and juicer. There is an extensive
  range of kitchen equipment and utensils, glasses (champagne,
  wine, water etc) crockery and cutlery.

  Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, 2 clothes airers for outside drying, iron
  and ironing board, a further fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner

  Living Room: Open fireplace, satellite TV (in English/Spanish/German/Italian)
  DVD/Stereo system. Many DVDs and CDs for all ages.
  Adjoining dining area with seating for 10 people.

  Study : Pull-out sofa bed. Laptop and printer, books, board games

  Other: The house is arranged over 3 floors. The two top floors comprise
  the principal living space with 3 bedrooms, plus a study
  which doubles as a 4th bedroom. The garden level has two
  additional bedrooms with shower and w/c. Also on this level is
  the sauna with a further shower adjacent to the sauna.
 
  There is underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the
  villa.
  Wireless Broadband is available throughout the villa.

  Towels, linen and beach towels are included and are
  changed weekly.

    Two cots with baby linen, 2 high chairs and bottle steriliser are
  available.
