A Tour Around Miramar

Villa Miramar is arranged over three floors with all rooms facing the sea. Pictures 1 - 24 show the ground floor and upper floor. The ground floor comprises the hall, kitchen with separate utility room, large living room and dining area, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, study (which can be made in to a sixth bedroom) as well as a separate lavatory. A large circular terrace is accessed from the living room and dining area with magnificent views across the ocean to Africa. On the terrace you will find a comfy sofa and chairs, as well as an elegant dining table, so that the views can be appreciated in comfort at all times.

The upper floor includes the master bedroom with large separate dressing room and master bathroom and a double bedroom wih study area and separate ensuite bathroom. The two bedrooms on this floor share a large balcony which has a table and chairs.

The two garden bedrooms which share a bathroom/shower are shown in pictures 25-48. Each bedroom has a separate entrance and contains two single beds. The first bedroom connects also to the sauna with a separate shower room.

The villa has gardens laid to lawn at the front and the back, as well as many mature plants including bougainvillea, hibiscus, Birds of Paradise and jasmine. In the front garden you will find the swimming pool with jacuzzi adjacent and many sun chairs for your enjoyment.

To the back of the house there is a vegetable garden for our guests' use, as well as mature orange and lemon trees and an avocado tree, which will, hopefully, bear fruit in coming years. There is also a barbecue for outside cooking, as well as a double swing for the children.
